We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team!
Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage client check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Confirm appointments and assist with rescheduling as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure required paperwork is completed.
- Process payments and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Communicate effectively with treatment providers, sales consultants, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with client follow-ups and appointment reminders.
- Support the team with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in a med spa, medical office, wellness center, or similar environment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
